Accommodations Guide & Rate Schedule

GUEST ROOMS and COTTAGES- Accommodations are in 20 separate units within duplex cabins, cottages, two-story bunkhouse and lodge rooms. All have private baths, air conditioning, vented heat and a few with fireplaces. They are family type rooms with two or more beds, and there are also rooms for one or two persons. The accommodations are rustic, but all are modern and comfortable. Deluxe cabins, which are more spacious and extra special, are also available.

Rates include two horseback rides daily

ACCOMMODATIONS AND RATES -- American Plan -- Daily and weekly rates are quoted per person (p.p.) and include lodging in room or cottage, three excellent meals, swimming, two horseback rides daily and all other ranch activities. Rates do not include tax and gratuities.

2008 RATE SCHEDULE:

ADULT RATES
ADULT - Single	$150/day	$950/week
ADULT - Double (pp)	$125/day	$825/week

CHILDREN'S RATES
Under 2 years	FREE	FREE
2 thru 5	$45/day	$280/week
6 thru 12	$65/day	$420/week
13 thru 16	$85/day	$550/week

GROUP RATES (15 or more persons)
Adults - Single	$140/day	$920/week
Adults - Double	$120/day	$800/week
Children's Rates	Deduct $5 each per day

DELUXE CABINS: Add 10%
BUNKHOUSE: Deduct 10%

2 Night Minimum Stay
(3 Night Minimum Stay on Some Holidays)

CHECK-IN: 3:00 pm . CHECK-OUT: 11:00 am
Check in any day (except Sunday) with reservations

A deposit of one day's stay is required to confirm your accommodations at the time of booking your reservation. Room or cabin requests are noted, but not guaranteed. If you must cancel or shorten your stay, you must notify our office within thirty (30) days prior to your arrival date to insure a full deposit refund. You will be charged for the entire time of your reservation.
